Feature species such as Blackwood provide long-term canopy and shade, while Slim Bottlebrush introduces vibrant seasonal colour and supports local birdlife.
Velvet Tussock Grass adds texture and movement through garden beds, complemented by False Sarsaparilla and Purple Coral Pea, selected for their resilience, climbing form and flowering interest. Native and indigenous planting seamlessly integrates the new townhomes in with the surrounding landscape. Dark olive-green and soft grey foliage creates a bush garden setting that contrasts beautifully with the dark contemporary tones of the architecture whilst providing visual connections to the adjoining walking trail and linear parkland beyond.”
