Homes Surrounded by Nature

Walking toward Bella Rose, arrival unfolds through layered gardens, mature trees and softly articulated gabled forms that echo the rhythm of verdant streetscape. Colorbond roofing and façade finishes lend a refined, enduring character, balancing contemporary design with familiar warmth. Tall, vertically proportioned windows introduce light and scale, while recessed glazing and subtle framing creates an interplay of depth and shadow.

Landscaped thresholds guide residents from street to entry, where planting, gravel textures and curated greenery soften the built form and foster a sense of retreat. The architecture settles gently into the streetscape, reading as a collection of garden homes rather than a single building, shaped to feel at once welcoming and timeless.

"Rosanna has a strong sense of neighbourhood. It’s leafy, and it has a village feel to it. We spent time immersing ourselves in the area to understand the local way of life, making sure Bella Rose would feel like it naturally belongs. The connection to the outdoors was important; it’s what gives the homes their sense of openness.”

Designed for Families,
Shaped by Nature

Expansive outdoor spaces have been designed to work in harmony with the architecture, softening built form and framing each home within a lush garden setting. Landscaped lawns, retained trees and layered planting enhance privacy, outlooks and natural light while strengthening the connection between indoor and outdoor living.

LANDSCAPING

Outdoor Living

A strong connection to surrounding reserves underpins the landscape vision at Bella Rose, where retained trees, native vegetation and layered planting volumes shape the natural typography. Feature species such as Blackwood provide long-term canopy and shade, while Slim Bottlebrush introduces vibrant seasonal colour and supports local birdlife.

Velvet Tussock Grass adds texture and movement through garden beds, complemented by False Sarsaparilla and Purple Coral Pea, selected for their resilience, climbing form and flowering interest. Mature planting anchors communal gardens, while meandering pathways, gravel courtyards and soft lawn areas invite residents to wander, pause and gather within a tranquil outdoor setting.

Native and indigenous planting seamlessly integrates the new townhomes in with the surrounding landscape. Dark olive-green and soft grey foliage creates a bush garden setting that contrasts beautifully with the dark contemporary tones of the architecture whilst providing visual connections to the adjoining walking trail and linear parkland beyond.”
